Q'eros are known as the wisdom keepers of the Andes and traditional alpaca herders. They perform traditional ceremonies for their llamas and alpacas to boost their fertility and call on their protection. This particular image: Q'eros men perform a ceremony for male llamas, who are given colorful adornments for the ears.
