Refund Policy

All works on this website are both custom made and ordered, and are therefore non refundable.

If you want to change your order after having completed the checkout process, please contact me immediately at info@quintentolboom.com. Please do note that this is only possible if the order hasn't been processed yet by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All orders are packed with special care for shipping. However, should your order arrive damaged and you can proof this happened during shipping before arrival at your home, we will replace it once we have received the damaged artwork back (shipping at your own costs).
