What print material and frames do you use?

Do you also offer images for sale that are not in this print shop?
Yes! I definitely also sell other images that you may not see in this print shop. This print shop conveys only a selection of my work. Should you want to buy an image that you've seen on my website, Instagram, or elsewhere, please send an email to info@quintentolboom.com with your desired image and I will arrange this for you.
Do you also take custom orders?
Yes! Of course it has to be within the limits of what is possible. To give you an example: next to the classic 'passe-partout frames' available on this website, I also offer premium 'shadow box frames'. The shadow box frame is a beautiful way of framing your artwork as extra depth is created between the fine-art photograph and the frame. Interested in this way of framing your artwork? Do the prices include taxes (BTW)?
Yes, all prices include BTW and/or are calculated upon checkout.
Do you ship everywhere?
Prints
Prints ship within Europe and the United Kingdom.
Prints of 70x105cm and up only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany due to high shipping costs and the risk of damage in shipping. If you would like to make an order of 70x105cm and up that needs to be shipped outside of NL, BE, or DE please inquire for a shipping indication by email first.
Framed Prints
Framed prints only ship within the Netherlands and certain European countries. If you would like to order a framed print that should be shipped outside of NL/BE/DE, please inquire for a shipping indication by email first since both the cost of (international) shipping and the risk of damage in (international) shipping is high.
Acrylic Glass
Acrylic glass artworks ship within all of Europe and the United Kingdom. Acrylic Glass artworks of 70x105cm and up only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany due to high shipping costs and the risk of damage in shipping. If you would like to make an order of 70x105cm and up that needs to be shipped outside of NL/BE/DE please inquire for a shipping indication by email first.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders have a production time of 7-10 working days. For the entire order to be processed and delivered, please take into account 10-12 working days. Framed prints and acrylic glass may have a longer delivery time than regular prints but this should still be within 14 working days within most European countries.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size/weight of the artwork and the location of where your order will be shipped.
What is your return policy?
All orders are immediately processed and custom made, and therefore non-refundable. If you would like to make some small changes to your order, please send an email to info@quintentolboom.com immediately after placing your original order.
All orders are packed with special care for shipping. However, should your order arrive damaged and you can proof this happened during shipping before arrival at your home, we will replace it once we have received the damaged artwork back (shipping at your own costs).
